Services

From field balancing to full machine diagnostics, we tailor the scope to your machine, outage schedule, and operational requirements.

Vibration diagnosis and troubleshooting

We mobilise to measure and analyse vibration problems on gas and steam turbines, generators and other critical rotating equipment, and find the root cause.

Rotor field balancing

Perform efficient in-situ balancing of large turbine and generator rotors, minimizing balancing runs and supporting a fast return to service. Remote support is available when on-site intervention is not practical.

Remote vibration analysis

Send us your measurement data for remote analysis and receive expert guidance when a quick answer is needed.

Condition monitoring

Guidance from defining the monitoring strategy through to implementation, in line with ISO 18436-2.

Vibration training

Classroom and on-the-job training for plant personnel and field engineers, tailored to the level of your audience.

Consulting services

Independent third-party vibration validation for warranty, insurance and risk management.

How an assignment works

  1. Tell us the problem

A short call to discuss the machine, the symptoms, and your timeline. We agree the scope and the right level of support.

  2. Measure

We perform the required measurements on site with our own instrumentation, or analyse data provided by your team.

  3. Analyse and correct

Identify the root cause of the vibration and implement balancing or other corrective actions as required.

  4. Report

Receive a professional report documenting the findings, risk assessment, and recommended corrective actions.
